Founded by Copenhagen-based, Swedish-born Norwegian Aase Helena Hansen, the brand is deeply rooted in Scandinavian traditions, embracing Nordic craftsmanship and effortless confidence. Their soft-tailored jackets and perfectly cut trousers embody a relaxed yet refined approach to dressing.  

In contrast to fast fashion, HANSEN focuses on thoughtful design—garments made to be worn, loved, and last. They carefully select high-quality textiles from Japan, Italy, and Scandinavia, choosing materials for their durability and the way they develop a unique patina over time.  

Collaboration with local producers is at the heart of HANSEN’s collections. Each garment evolves from sketch to hand-drafted pattern, ensuring a precise fit and exceptional craftsmanship. The brand also works with skilled artisans to create knitwear, trims, and embroidery. All woven garments, caps, and hats are crafted exclusively in Europe, while knitwear is produced in Denmark.
