The PU clog A 640 is designed to meet stringent hygiene standards and offer dependable slip resistance. It excels in kitchens and the food industry, providing reliable support and excellent traction due to its enclosed design and non-slip profiled sole. Featuring a sturdy steel toe cap, it safeguards toes and the forefoot from impacts of up to 200 joules. Its oil, fat-resistant, and water-repellent material ensures efficient cleaning, with the cork-latex footbed easily removable for washing at temperatures up to 80°C. Both components of the shoe are suitable for daily disinfection. The original anatomically shaped BIRKENSTOCK footbed, which protects joints and tendons, is also washable at up to 30°C. If needed, the footbed can be replaced, available separately. The A 640 model holds EN ISO 20345:2011 SB E (SRC category) certification.
